The heating part of ceramic zinc pot is heated by imported burner on the surface of liquid zinc in the heating area. The heating method is different from the traditional one. Increasing thermal efficiency and reducing zinc consumption;

Characteristics of ceramic zinc pot heated by gas:

1. Low zinc consumption: The use of ceramic zinc pot completely avoids the zinc slag produced by iron pot. The zinc consumption per ton of products is 5-10% less than that of other heating methods at present.

2. The life of the zinc pot is long, which avoids the corrosion damage of zinc liquid to the pot. The life of the pot is guaranteed for more than 10 years.

The ceramic zinc pot was popular used in normal galvanizing.
